 Disney Channel and Disney Junior from 2008 to 2011.\n\nIn publishing\, Et
 han is the author and/or illustrator of over 140 titles\, including Up! T
 all! and High! (winner of the Theodor Seuss Geisel Award)\, Fright Club\,
  Hoggy at Bat\, the Happy County series\, and The Death and Life of Benny
  Brooks\, his acclaimed middle-grade memoir. He also illustrates beloved 
 series such as Stick Dog\, Junior Monster Scouts\, and Good Night\, Good
